I just finished the 5th day on Jillian Michaels training dvd "30 day shred", and it's actually getting easier to get through it.
But I really think she wants me to die, she is brutal!
If you need to tone your body or loose some weight you should try this one.
It's three levels and you do each level for 10 days and then you move on to the next, I don't think you should to the workout without any rest so I'm resting every 5 days so my body doesn't complain.
And before you start you should measure yourself!
So lets go and get that body ready for beach 2014 ;)
